The "Victorian Baking Convention" will be held this year on Thursday the 13th of November at the William Angliss College of TAFE.
The Convention will feature the Victorian Baking Show which will provide the opportunity for the best bakers in the State to compete against each other in a range of catagories including bread making, yeast products,biscuit making and cakes. This year we will be allocating points for not only the technical side but also packaging and merchandising. Greater points will be allocated to innovation.

The Victorian Bakery of the Year, The Baking Manufacturer of the Year and The Baking Industry Training Award will be the feature of a "black Tie" presentation evening at the William Angliss College of TAFE.

Victorias best apprentices will compete for the the nomination for Victoria's entrant in next year's LA Judge competition.

Bakers will be able to participate in workshops, seminars and bakery tours during the day.

The 13th of November is a "must attend" day for all bakers.
